PROPOSED SCHEDULE FOR HONOR FLIGHT NORTHWEST OHIO

Because of security concerns, only immediate family members of the veterans, Honor Flight staff members & media will be allowed in the hanger.  All others may patiently wait outside in the Grand Aire parking lot if they would
like to see the flight take off.

6:30 am - Arrive @ Toledo Express Airport - Processing (Guardians arrive at 6:00 a.m.)
7:00 am – Breakfast & restroom break
8:00 am - Board aircraft and prepare for flight
8:45 am - Depart Toledo Express Airport
10:00 am - Arrive Dulles Airport, Express Jet (FBO) Landmark
10:30 am - Depart Dulles via Martz Bus
11:30 am - Arrive WWII Memorial

12:00 pm - Free time to visit WWII Memorial
12:45 pm - Lunch with Marcy Kaptur and bathroom break
1:30 pm - Free time to visit WW II Memorial
2:00 pm - Board the buses to visit the Korean/Vietnam Memorials
3:15 pm - Depart the Mall
3:30 pm - Arrive Arlington National Cemetery (buses go directly to the Tomb)
4:00 pm - Changing of the Guards Ceremony
5:00 pm - Depart Arlington National Cemetery
5:15 pm - Stop at the Iwo Jima Memorial  - just view from bus
5:30 pm - Depart the Iwo Jima Memorial
6:30 pm - Arrive Dulles Airport
7:15 pm - Depart Dulles
8:40 pm - Arrive Toledo Express Airport Grand Aire Base
9 :15pm - Short ceremony inside Grand Aire Base
9:45 pm - Depart for home +/- 15 minutes.
